Miranda Rosenblum— Fearless in the Gray: Solving Title’s Toughest Puzzles.
This week, we’re honored to spotlight Miranda Rosenblum of Campbell & Brannon—a title professional whose career reflects grit, intellectual curiosity, and a deep respect for the craft of title work. With 23 years in the industry, Miranda has built a reputation for tackling the complicated files, asking the right questions, and doing the work that truly protects the transaction.
From Typing to Title Mastery.
Miranda’s path into title began during the height of the real estate boom, when a friend recognized her ability to type quickly and accurately—an essential skill at a time when commitments and policies were largely hand-typed. What started as an entry point quickly became a calling.
As technology changed and the industry evolved, Miranda evolved with it—leaning into learning, absorbing everything she could, and building a foundation rooted in understanding why things work the way they do.
“Ask questions. Why is this that way? How do I keep this from happening again?”
This mindset has guided her career ever since.
Finding Her Niche in Curative.
Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, Miranda currently serves as a Title Curative Specialist, a role she approaches like her favorite pastime: solving puzzles. For her, title review is about seeing connections others may miss and methodically piecing together solutions.
She’s especially drawn to the most challenging files—the ones others might hesitate to take on.
“I love title review. Putting the pieces of a puzzle together.”

And when a file gets complicated or “ugly,” Miranda stays focused, steady, and determined, turning obstacles into clarity.
Lessons That Last.
A defining influence in Miranda’s career was mentor Lynne Bailey, who taught her not to avoid difficult files, but to face them head-on. That guidance shaped Miranda’s confidence and approach to problem-solving.
“They can all be broken down into fixable bits—you just have to sort it out.”
That lesson continues to guide her work and the way she supports others navigating complex title issues.
Navigating Challenges as a Woman in Title.
Miranda’s journey hasn’t been without challenges. Early in her career, opportunities to advance sometimes defaulted elsewhere, a pattern she’s seen repeat throughout the industry; “Everyone always looks to the guys first.”
Rather than letting that define her path, Miranda doubled down on learning, resilience, and skill-building—proving that expertise and persistence speak volumes.

Her Why.
What keeps Miranda motivated—even on the hardest days—is the deep satisfaction that comes from solving something complex after hours of focused work. “I love the satisfaction you get when you finally figure something out that has taken hours to piece together.”
That sense of accomplishment fuels her confidence and reinforces her love for the work she does.
Sharing Knowledge, Building the Future.
One of Miranda’s strongest convictions is that the title industry thrives when knowledge is shared—not guarded. In a profession built largely on apprenticeship, she believes growth depends on mentorship and openness.
“We don’t need people keeping knowledge and skills hidden away—but shared freely.”
Her hope is to leave an industry that encourages learning, teaching, and lifting others up rather than gatekeeping.
Life Beyond the Files.

Outside of work, Miranda channels her creativity through costuming, crafting, and building. She’s a proud member of the Georgia 501st Legion and finds joy in creating things from scratch—proof that attention to detail and imagination are powerful companions.
Music also holds special memories for her, from her first concert seeing Yes with her dad to enjoying Cyndi Lauper live years later.
Words of Wisdom.
Miranda’s advice for women entering the title industry is refreshingly honest and empowering:
“Don’t be afraid to admit you don’t know something. No one expects you to know everything.” And, “Don’t let another person’s insecurity be a barrier to your growth.”
We are honored to spotlight Miranda Rosenblum—a Woman of Title whose dedication, integrity, and commitment to sharing knowledge strengthen our industry. Please join us in celebrating her journey and the meaningful impact she continues to make.
