Her.Collective Spotlight: Crystle Mulzet-Lucero.

This week, our Her.Collective Women of Title Spotlight shines on a woman redefining what modern title partnership looks like — Crystle Mulzet-Lucero, Director of Sales & Business Development/Marketing Manager for the Inspire Title Team at WFG National Title.

A creative strategist, a fierce supporter of real estate professionals, and a leader with vision, Crystle is transforming the way agents experience title through innovation, authenticity, and a relentless commitment to helping others grow.

Finding Her Path in Title.

Crystle’s journey into title insurance began the way many great stories do — unexpectedly. After facing two layoffs in 18 months in the startup world, she accepted a job offer in title without even knowing what title or escrow meant.

What she did know was how to build relationships, think creatively, and solve problems. And title became the perfect place to merge all three.

She quickly saw a gap in how agents were being supported and realized she could bring something different — forward-thinking strategy, elevated branding, and true partnership.

Ten years later, she’s not only still here, she’s built a career that is both impactful and visionary.

A Leader in Modern Real Estate Marketing.

Based in Arizona, Crystle serves the Greater Phoenix area, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, and beyond.

Her expertise spans real estate branding, social media strategy, agent development, high-level event execution, and the systems that create predictable and sustainable business growth.

Today, she leads a team dedicated to redefining what a title partnership can be — intentional, elevated, and built to grow businesses, not just support transactions.

The Power of Women Supporting Women.

When asked who mentored her, Crystle is candid. Title, she says, hasn’t always been the most supportive environment. She’s had more women try to tear her down than lift her up — especially when seeking mentorship.

But she also shares something beautiful: Over the years, she’s found a circle of like-minded women who collaborate, support, and grow together.

Outside of title, powerful women have shaped her — women who modeled strength, grace, resilience, and self-belief. Each played a role in shaping the leader she is today.

Challenges That Become Strengths.

As a woman in title, Crystle has had to push back against outdated expectations about how women should show up — and she learned quickly that her strength is not something to shrink.

She’s had her integrity questioned, her intentions misunderstood, and her confidence tested. But as she says:

“Numbers and hard work don’t lie. When your results speak for you, people stop questioning you.”

Standing in her truth, staying consistent, and leading with integrity have become her greatest strengths.

Advice for Women New to the Industry.

Crystle shares this with rising women in title:

  • Don’t shrink yourself — take up space.

  • Be seen.

  • Build intentional relationships.

  • Stay curious.

  • And be consistent — because consistency wins every time.

Her Why: Lifting Others Higher.

Crystle’s motivation comes from her desire to help others become who they’re capable of being.

She finds purpose in supporting agents as they grow their brand, sharpen their strategy, and find confidence in themselves.

Being a role model to her team — and her family — keeps her grounded, focused, and fueled.

Books, Mindset, and Personal Growth.

Her growth hasn’t come from business books alone. She draws inspiration from authors like Marianne Williamson, Gabrielle Bernstein, Mel Robbins, Jay Shetty, and Glennon Doyle — voices who shape mindset, resilience, and grounded leadership.

While she doesn’t listen to many full podcasts, the clips that inspire her most come from Mel Robbins and Jay Shetty, whose messages often stop her mid-scroll.

Navigating Challenging Personalities.

Her approach to aggressors or difficult personalities is rooted in composure:

  • Deep breaths.

  • A hard pause.

  • Stay calm and fact driven.

  • Hold your boundaries.

  • Respond with clarity, not emotion.

And the reminder she always comes back to:

“How someone treats me says more about them than me.”

Inner Strength and Grit.

Crystle’s strength is a mix of faith, family, and lived resilience.

She has been through enough seasons to trust herself deeply — to rely on her instincts and lean into the moments that push her to grow.

Her Family and Her Village.

Crystle is surrounded by a family and inner circle who believe in her, encourage her, and remind her of why she works so hard. They are her balance, her grounding, and her greatest support system.

Outside the office, Crystle is full of surprises. She loves traveling and exploring with her kids, hiking, and embracing adventure.

But she’s also a homebody at heart — recharging in small, intimate settings and focusing on personal growth.

Her first concert? New Kids on the Block. Her favorite artists growing up? Janet Jackson, Britney Spears, and Taylor Swift — and yes, she’s seen them all live.

Her Philosophy: Integrity.

Crystle lives by one powerful cornerstone:

Integrity — doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

Every decision, every relationship, every action is rooted in that value.

Her Legacy.

Crystle hopes to be remembered as a woman who raised the bar, elevated others, and changed how agents experience title.

A leader who helped people grow.

A mentor who believed in them.

And a woman who inspired others to exceed their own expectations.

A Final Message to the Women of Her.Collective.

Crystle leaves us with this:

“Believe in your own voice. There is power in being exactly who you are. This industry needs women who show up boldly, who support one another, and who lead with strength and heart. You belong here. You matter here.”
